The Knee App is a knee health and injury prevention application that provides corrective exercise programs designed by a certified exercise science professional. The app offers guided workouts with 3D animated exercise demonstrations and AI-generated voice instructions in multiple languages.
The Knee App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have existing knee injuries or conditions.
If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms while using the app, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. By using this app, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to use The Knee App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree to use The Knee App only for its intended purpose of personal fitness and injury prevention. You may not:
The Knee App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized program recommendations through our Interactive Guidance feature. These recommendations are based on your questionnaire responses and are intended as general guidance, not medical advice.
The Knee App provides content in multiple languages using AI-generated translations and voice narrations. While we strive for accuracy, translations may not be perfect. The English version is the authoritative source.
All content in The Knee App, including exercise videos, animations, text, and audio, is owned by 3D Medical LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Medical LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of The Knee App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Medical LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
